Flint India Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Flint India, we strive to offer high-quality counselling and IELTS preparation services. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Counselling Services:

  • Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel your counselling session(s), you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Cancellation within 48 Hours: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

  • No-Show: If you do not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

IELTS Classes:

  • Cancellation before Class Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the start of the IELTS class, you will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid.

  • Cancellation after Class Start Date: Cancellations made after the class start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, if there are extenuating circumstances (medical reasons, etc.), we may review your case for a partial refund.

  • Missed Classes: If you miss any scheduled IELTS class(es), no refund or rescheduling will be provided unless prior arrangements are made in special circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees and any administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our support team at connect@flintindia.com with your details and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional documentation in certain cases.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Counselling Sessions: Clients may reschedule their counselling session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a small administrative fee.

  • IELTS Classes: Rescheduling of classes is subject to availability and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

4. Special Considerations

  • Flint India reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone sessions and classes in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer unavailability, technical issues, etc.). In such cases, clients will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
