- No. Every conversation, shortlist, application review and post-arrival check-in is free for students and families.
- Which countries do you work with?
- Primary focus is UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah). Also UK, Germany, Netherlands and Australia via direct university relationships.
- How quickly can I speak to someone?
- Weekdays: within 12 minutes. Weekends: within a few hours. Urgent? WhatsApp us directly.
- Do parents come on the call too?
- Almost always — we'd prefer they did. We speak to parents in the language they're most comfortable in.
